The challenge for a hardware store with several suppliers
Each supplier sends its price list in its own format and with its own names for the same product. Knowing who to buy each part from meant going through the lists one by one.
The solution: a supplier price comparison tool
We merged the suppliers' lists into a single database, with each product identified even when each supplier writes it differently. The owner searches for a product and sees each supplier's price, in foreign currency or in bolivars. Every new list the suppliers send gets loaded in.
